Sub: DELIBERATE AND INTENTIONAL DENIAL OF POSTPAID No 9629999757 -Deposit amount of Rs315/. NOT REFUNDED .
Regarding AIRTEL prepaid connection issue:-
1)As per Receipt No 6779 dated 8/7/14 SILVER LINE NETWORK(airtel) we opted for 9629999757Airtel prepaid Mobile and also paid deposit amount of Rs 315/-.
2) Sim not activated till 72 hours waited patiently and with great difficulty informed Airteli on 11/07/14 for cancellation of my PREPAID CONNECTION and refund of deposit.amount paid.
3) Understand AIRTEL actived another No 9629999381 and raised bill in our name for july.
2014 demanding bill payment for us without any reasons/cause.
4) What is the purpose of AIRTEL calling US and after spending nearly two hours time unknowingly have allotted different numbers and raised the bill for payment.
5) NOT A SINGLE CALL WAS DONE BY US on the NEW NUMBER ALLOTTED BY AIRTEL.
6) AIRTEL TO REIMBURSE THE CONVEYANCE AND TRAVELLING EXPENSES a) COST OF RS300/- incidential expensed curred by us on 08/07/14 b) Deprived original sim ALLOTTED to us DELIBERATELY c) Deposit amount of Rs 315/- ALSO NOT REFUND TO US TILL DATE.
