I had airtel prepaid number from very first day. Airtel gives good service up to 3g network. But when it comes to 4g network then it became a worse choice
NETWORK- when I switch to 4g on my airtel network then I realized that it's to a bad idea. The network of airtel is not all over. Also, the 4g net is worse than all other networks.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: when I complain this to customer care than they said sir we can solve this problem shortly but this problem still remains same. They also forward my request to their senior and he also talks with me and ensures me to solve this problem. But nothing good happens.
CHARGES AND BILLING- as usual, airtel price are high than other telecom companies and the service they provide is not so good. I compare airtel with other companies like idea, jio, Vodafone etc. and then I realize that airtel charge more.
