I had this number from airtel when I first came to Pune. Initially it was alright, but I used to get network troubles when I was in my Office. Later people told me that there was problem with Airtel network in that area.
But as time went on I found that there were more areas in the city which were like my office(I mean there was network problems).
Then once there was a problem that they disconnected my phone before my due date and it took me full three days after the payment of my bill to get the connection started again. This happened again once but this time I got the connection within 2 days:-).
Then came the slogovers. I once made a payment of my bill through online. The payment was deducted but was not credited to my account. Next month I got a consolidated bill for two months. When I inquired, I found to my horror that the payment was not posted. When I gave them the payment details they assured me that it will be taken care and asked me to pay the remainder. I did so but then they disconnected my account for non payment. When I raised a complaint, They asked me to provide the proof at their office. I did that but next month it was the same story, the bill had been added with the earlier amount and also the late fee. I went again to the office and asked them what happened to my case. I told them I had given the documentary proof of the payment and the application but they denied receiving it and when I pointed out the person whom I had given it, she found the paper which was still lying in here desk after one month since I had given it to her.
I said I had enough of this non sense and disconnected the service there and then. I applied for another connection from another SP and I am happy till now.
