Below emails are  self explAnasultantory how Airtel Cheats customers, first they put higher rent, when customer complains they give in writing they will reverse the fraud amount, but it will not reflect in aishwaryasingh23ment centers, then they delays and add some more rent even if its disconnected and no service connection, Then they use their collections teams to pressurise customer to aishwaryasingh23 . Subject: 9884910713 Airtel Number - Complaint To TRAI /Govt Of India Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fraud practices carried out by Bharati Airtel . I have moved to Karnataka in May 2016 and asked to port my TamilNadu BSNL Number -9884910713, after collecting all the documents and initiated the process of Porting they raised some technical issues and informed the Porting will not happen. Airtel Sales Team on knowing I have one another BSNL number 9895010713 has taken the number and processed the porting.  Once they received the Porting Request they switched both BSNL numbers to Airtel. 1.They have taken both my 9884910713 and 9895010713 BSNL numbers by fooling me.


My numbers have been charged with the highest Rental plan which was not affordable for me which I have informed Airtel.


Since my request for reducing the rental plan was not considered I stopped using my 9895010713 Number.  Airtel has promptly disconnected the services but was charging monthly rental.


The complaint was raised several times in customer care and finally with their Nodal /Appellate Officers has reduced the fake bill from 1045/- to 692.(proof in the trail Mail).


Airtel was not allowing to make aishwaryasingh23ments through online taking the advantage of shortage of Notes . They ensured that they keep on adding monthly rental to my number which was disconnected long time back.


I have started getting calls from their Hard Core collection Agency putting pressure to aishwaryasingh23  all the fake bills raised by Airtel.


Airtel is clever enough to break the email trails once they accept the frauds committed by them.


I am ready to provide the proofs of Online aishwaryasingh23ment being blocked for my 9895010713 number and directing me to go to Kerala for making aishwaryasingh23ments.


The entire plot of porting numbers from BSNL to Airtel, putting it in the highest Rental plan, Charging Rentals for disconnected plans, Giving false nhassurance that fake bills are waived off in verbal and Mail, then using Airtels Collection Agency to pressurise me to get the entire amount plus additional amount to reinstate same number  is well planned and orchestrated by Airtel MAnasultangement .


In the above circumstances I approach your good office to provide justice from this corporate fraud business practices carried out by Airtel Company.
