They tell a charge and take many hidden charges. The customer care particularly Team of smitha is bad. The coverage is the worst. No reply for emails (machine replies to send with phonr number in the subject even if the subject is the number) and Customer (smitha and team) doesn’t know what customer care is? I am planning to change to vodaphone especially due to this bad customer care. If you create SR in website in that may closed without even contacting you , if anybody need proof for these I will give details. May be the only south Zone is Bad.
They don’t give needed updates and calls us unwanted calls for ringtones. The Airtel customer call people has to put as food for the lion in the wild and is hungry. The customer care tells that mobile office activation will take 1 hour and send a message on it. After that it takes 10-15 hours if you call 5-6 times on that day. They will also block you from calling (smtha had done it when I complained about her agent to her)
