Airtel services have the worst costumer care services. if you want to know how to put ur phone on hold and never revert then call Airtel Customer care and then ask them. they have the best answer to give. you want to have an hour chit chat with no good result and no solution to your problem, then Airtel Customer service is the best. If you have your Airtel BB services, then beware.... you are going to receive the worst customer service ever.
