Hey ppl, I am using Airtel from the past 4 months, I ported my no. from vodafone coz I was having network issues at my working place.
My no was barred and I couldn't make calls neither cud I send emails, the reason which was given to me was 5 months pending vodafone payment, which I came to know just yesterday, after my services were barred.
Story doesn't end here, now that I cannot make calls from my cell phone, these buggers want me to visit vodafone care and pay my bill, I am ready to pay my bill online as I work in an MNC I cannot go to the store in working hours.
I requested them that I can transfer the same amount to them and they can settle my account. But again this is something which is not in their hands.
Did I commit a sin by porting my no on Airtel. You guys are horrible when it comes to customer experience.
