I have recharge prepaid mobile by Rs 50 n next day its zero balance , again I recharged by 100 rs n story is same . I tried their toll free no which only interpret ivr tape n no option to talk to custmer executive to know what is the problem .
Althogh Airtel has good network but now from last two days I m fail to understand the problem.
Just to through the money in this crises period is really painful .
The IVR custmer care seems to be formality , or they don't want to address customer problem .
We are alive people not robot ivr could understand our problem
