6 months back when I came to Hyderabad I need a sim of Telangan state and I approached to Airtel for postpaid sim and I made a request for porting my pune prepaid sim to airtel local circle postpaid sim.
And then the magic started. After a week I received a msg that authentication has failed due to submission of scanned image.
I contacted the airtel personel and he replied me to submit different passport size photo and I did. After a week I again received authentication failure msg and I again contacted that person. He replied me ok let me investigate the matter and he did'nt reply until I called him back.the time he received my call he started blemming me and when I asked him why you are behaving like this then he replied that Your passport size image is scanned but that is not true I went to photo studio and got the passport size and while this I ensured that photo would not be scanned image.
After that I complained against him and the problems I was facing to his manager , that person who seemed to be good person accepted that all faults were due to that employee and Igot the assurance that within week my number will start working but after 2 week still my number was not activated then I decided to get rid of this headech and requested for postpaid porting in vodafone and my number got activated within 4 days.
So in my opinion airtel having worst service with useless customer interacting employee .And in vodafone I submitted the documents which
Were same as my very first documents which I submitted in airtel. Airtel guys only panic you and never help you.
