Earlier before Jio came in a market airtel was very big and one the best mobile operater in the market. Having largest number of consumer and better connectivity among other mobile operaters.
But by the time Jio came in the market my experience of using Airtel is becoming worst. I never got good internet speed and having some call drop issues. I live in Jodhpur city and I am receiving good network of airtel but don't know what happen to them. Earlier their was not such problems occurs.
I hope Airtel will increase its service qualitiy as according to they claim in their TV ads.
Costumer service is also bad. I call costumer service center for helpabout not getting good internet speed but I don't know which mic they are using I don't able to listen what they are saying so much noise is coming from thier mic, hardly I able to register my complain but not get proper response from them and never till now they don't improve it.
