I choose AIrtel because of its name and goodwill in market.I use Airtel 3g my plan from last 1 year.
AAs compare to Idea or Vodafone, Airtel is costly but its signal is very good as compare to its competitors.
Likes
-good signal.
-voice quality.
-costumer satisfaction.
-downloading speed.
-Airtel app is very usefull.
Dislike
-costly as compare to others.
-costumer care is not available after 11 pm.
-signal problem from last 1 week.
-bad costumer care experience.
I tried two times to port my number to vodafone because of high bill gave by Airtel, but after some hours of applying for port Airtel costumer care call me and help me out from my bill problem and gave me some extra talktime.thank you for this. Overall experience is good and hope for same in future.
