Since I have been using Airtel since last 4 years. It was a great experience using airtel. The network coverage is very good. The quality of voice and data services is also good & I am satisfy with that. The quality of voice on call is also good & clear. There is no call drop problems found in airtel. In terms of customer service it is very good. The problem was solved very quickly and rapidly. The Customer care works on 24*7 basis by this problems and complaints are solved fast. The charges of my airtel mobile plans is very nominal and every normal customer can afford it . Now a days my local call rate is 30p/min. which is very nominal. Airtel is good as it provide very good services at a very nominal price.
