Hello Friends, India is a growing country or we can say its a developing country. Last few years we see a rapid growing in Telecom sector as it has more than 125 Cr. so we have the largest mobile users. As telecom is a growing sector we have many vendor in this fields like Airtel, BSNL, Idea, Reliance, Vodafone etc. If we see who is the king of the market it is definitely Airtel. I used Airtel number from last 8 years. So here I am sharing my experience with this mobile operator.
The most important for a telecom operator is its network coverage. And as it is one of the oldest operator in India and its work much on its connectivity so you can find its network coverage almost every where. I must say its work every where just if you go to the rural areas you will find problem with the network quality or may you will not found it. But other area urban, semi urban or metro it is the king.
The most important is customer service. As we all known that the customer service of all operator in India is very poor due to the soft rules of TRAI. But the main problem with the airtel is its customer cheating nature. In telecom or any sector customers are king but Airtel customer always had problems due to its tariff and customer support team. The support team take to long time to solve a problem and also they charge for any kind of services you asked. So its really a disappointment from the Airtel customers. Specially in monetary field. They activated many offers without the concern of customers and deduct the amount from account and when you asked why its happened they said its you to choose those services and they never wiliness to reimbursed the amount.
Finally the charges and billing of Airtel is very high. I assured you have to paid higher than any operator to Airtel for its service.
My final verdict is that all mobile operators are fighting in court and TRAI against JIO. But none of them answer that why they charge so high rate for several years. And Airtel is one of them or I must say it is the king to cheat Indian for several years.
