It took me Two months to convert my Mumbai no to Bangalore
Fromm 199, they changed to 999, I did not even ask them to do it
My Bangalore no was 3 G, converted to 4G, now I Have no G. Repeated complaints on 121/Mails, Twitter no use except saying we would attend. At last they told me yesterday Evening to change my SIM
Since I had three more Airtel mis I tried to Switch to Family plan. I was told that Ost paid has to be first converted to Pre paid
I like a fool also have a Broad band connection at home. First month, poor Network, they said tea thing troubles. Second month problem continued, some one came& said its code has changed by itself, rectified& went. For past one week there is no WiFi, Why no one knows. My complaints of no avail, except some five calls yesterday saying it Wd be done in 24 hours. Twitter they keep saying we are looking into it. Today from 8 pm to 830 pm I was in 121 listening to Music, none came online except they kept repeating my bill amount& Music.
Now I wonder what is Telecom Ministry doing. Now I have decided to start a Petition on Twitter& Submit to the ministry .
Frankly I never had problems in Mumbai or in late 90 at Delhi!
Is it Bangalore Section the problem, don't know
