I am a user of Airtel since 2003 just because of that I purchased a new connection in the month of October with mobile no. 9004188828 where there were many issues faced and was sorted out not well in time but with a delay!!!!!
Nowadays Social media is a platform to get a prompt response and resolution but Airtel seems to be acting as stupid service provider on this.
I have raised a concern last 10-15 days where got a fake resolution by a sweet girl called Sonali who assured me that my concerned have been sorted out but still I am facing the same issue.
I tried on calling the same number and tried to tweet on their official twitter handler and also tried it on mailing on 121@airtel.in and airtel presence id but all went vain.
Now lets see what stupid resolution these people may come with me!!!!!!!
