Let me tell you very frankly, most of the service providers are bloody thieves. Somehow or the other they manage to rob you.
Simplest ever tip :
Go for the most trusted name only. The most trusted name in any kind of industry in India. Its none other than tatas. They will never rob you like the others do. Select any of the tata cellular services namely tata indicom, docomo or virgin.
To some choosing, reliance cdma services may be beneficial. But do ask for activating the do not disturb immediately after getting your new connection.
