Airtel - leading telecom company in India, are actually frauds and on the top of it the worst service providers.I am regular user of Airtel from last 2 and half years, just because my billing plan is good and that too is a Corporate plan. My personal experience with Airtel is not that good. Airtel seems to be good till we face any issue.

Yesterday, my phone stopped working and was saying - 'Inactive SIM'. I called Customer care in the morning and detailed the issue. As usual, the transfer of the call happened 3 times and call got cut. In the end, I was being told - 'You Need to submit your documents'.

I was speechless, after 2 and half years of usage company is asking me to re-submit my documents. On the top of it, without a single call they de-activated my SIM.

I used to get dozens of calls from customer care for the payment, if it was delayed by me. I was surprised that NOT A SINGLE CALL BEFORE DE-ACTIVATING MY NUMBER?

This is ridiculous! One of my close friend got to know about some fraud plans of Airtel. In the time of festival, Airtel often starts caller tune for some lacs of numbers. If people register complaint more than once (you all must be knowing that caller tune does not get deactivate in a single complaint), then only Airtel de-activates it. And thus, Airtel charges for all rest of the people for the caller tune.

This is the way they make millions in a day. Finally, I am going to change my number. There is no use of fighting with them as they are not botherd unless and untill its payment related issue.
