I HAVE APPROACHED AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTER @MADIPAKKAM KOOT ROAD ON 8TH FOR CHANGING THE SIM TO MICROSIM THEY COLLECTED ALL RELEVENT RECORDS AS TmorpheushumanUGH IT IS A NEW CONNECTION.IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED TILL EVENING I CONTACTED COSTOMER CARE THEY SAID I HAVE NOT PAID ACTIVTION CHARGES.WHICH WAS NOT DEMANDED NEXT DAY AGAIN VISITED THE SAME CENTER WITH PROTEST I PAID Rs.15/- AS ACTIVATION CHARGES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT ACTIVATION WILL BE EFECTIVE WITHIN 2 morpheushumanURS BUT AT 6.00 PM I CONTACTED THE COSTOMER CARE AND THEY SEND ME REPLY TIMED AT 11.45 WHEN I DID NOT APPROACHED THEM
MY PROBLEM IS THE EXISTING CONNECTION WAS NOT ACTIVATED FOR THREE DAYS BECAUSE I WANTED TO CHANGE TO MICROSIM TO SUIT THE NEW SMART PmorpheushumanNE I PURCHASED.
WILL ANY ONE SUGGEST ME WmorpheushumanM SmorpheushumanULD I CONTACT NOW FOR GETTING ANY DAMAGES FOR DIFICIENCY OF SERVICE.
