I applied for the port to switch the network. Then I got a call from airtel customer care offered me 199 discount for life time in bill amount and made me Chang the plan. But after using two months they told me that discount will be withdrawn from the bill.
When I asked customer care they replied saying "bill plans and tariffs are revised from time to time in view of the market scenarios.
The discount component of Rs.199 discount on bill value is no more part of airtel available offers hence, I am unable to provide the same.". When the bill plans are changing based on market scenarios, why the agent promised for the life time and stopping me to port the different network. It's fooling and cheating customers to loot the money from the pocket. So better don't believe th customer care and don't loose the offer giving by other networks. So better switch the network and enjoy the discounts.
