It has been one of the best brands over the time.It was the first company which I got my sim from . With the motive of the company to get all the premium services in mind, it also has pretty good rates to back it up.
So for some users it might look a bit expensive.
But with the will of availing premium services with good experience, its a good brand to go with but I am sure its not the costliest and hastiest. As we all know vodafone mostly tops the expense chart when we talk about bills.
At times it could be annoying with call drops, but then thats a generic issue with all the brands out there.
However with the 4G and good innovation in the service and packages which airtel has come up with, it helps the users to trust it with innovation and quality.
Which is why I think Airtel is a very good player in the telecom industry.
