Welcome friends, The airtel advertising theme is India's fastest network.There is a question arise for whether it is a true statement?

because of network speed availabilityAs our smart mobile has inbuilt capacity to recongnize whether 2G/3g/4g, only those hi-tech mobiles with android version of more than 5.1 to 6-7 will respond to 4g network, although 4g/3g network speed is only average but not the best.there is no words to say about 2g network which is almost worst. I wish to share about my experience with airtel, As I am a student, I Ordered some books on online store, though my mobile has no default, delivery employee compained about cuistomer not responding and my books were returned, to company.As many times I have to reset my mobile and APN setting then only able to get optimum and moderate speed. Our paid data service is also not so good, it disable before the expiry date, As I am tried to complained about this issue, there are so many dialing procedures to reach customer care officer, whether customer care call number is also most confusing, there is no proper channel to customer care office directly. Let we come about charges on various services, Rs 448 for 4g network on per day 1gb, Rs 400 for 3g network, the trick they using is more gb consuming but less network speed. Dear friends, as my point view good network operator should deal with good network widespread in remote areas foe better technology upgradation and to keep good communication around us, But airtel will able to satisfy this issue?
