The airtel is now too costly network service provider.It is easy to say that its towrr is available in each and every corner of the country.I am using airtel since 2008 when its data charges was only Rs 98 for 1 gb for 30 days.and if the data not use in the same month the balance will be forwarded for next month.now Rs 177 For 1gb for 28 days.Talk time is also costly. SMS charge will be 39.power will be 69 instead of 49.
I have to say that for mobile company month is of 28 days in stead of 30 days.Ultemately the cost bears to customers.
My recent visit of Bihar Airtel signal is full but when call starts signal down amt has been deducted in both condition incoming call as well as out going call. And myRs 800/- has been deducted in last ten days.Although I have given a complain to customer care but goes invain. So this company is robbing general people .
So It is better to port from airtel to another company.
