My father, Mr. Sunil kr. Ghosh(943) paid Rs.3000 by cheque in name of a salesperson ( Mr. Sayantoni ) who gave him an Airtel form, filling up with all details and signed. He took the cheque and promised to deliver an AIRTEL INTERNET DATA CARD within a week.
But, he did not come. A lady called "Roshni", first called up my father and offered him about a new post-paid scheme. My father then enquired about the Airtel Data Card. She said that, she will be sending a person from AIrtel who will make the transactions. That man (Sayantoni) came with Airtel ID, forms, brochures, etc. and issued a completed form against which the payment was made.
Later on we understood that the woman(ROSHNI) and the man(Sayantoni) use the same no. or else they stay together. We had called and found Roshni or else Sayantoni on the other side. The no. they use is an Airtel no.- 9831. Ithink now they have left Airtel, because now whenever I call from any friend's no. and give Airtel's reference, they get anxious and pretend to be other person. I think they used to work either in INFINITY or ETERNITY building, Saltlake, sector 5, Kolkata
