I have given an application at Airtel Store for Number Portability from Vodafone to Airtel around 20 days back, really very pathetic experience with Airtel of not updating the customer even after several followups.
This is my third experience with Airtel since last one month:
For change of traiff plan & address
Shifting of Landline from Gurgaon to Delhi
3, Number portability request.
Experience in all the three incidents are very very poor.
Do not have words to explain.
