AIRTEL LOST HIS GOODWILL. Review on Airtel Mobile Operator

I am using using aircel previously but due to better service provided by airtel I port to airtel last year . But unfortunately it does not tends to keep its service better as airtel was known earlier for.Every service rates provided by Airtel is quite higher than the other telecom service. Call rates are very expensive. Internet charges are also very higher till now . 650 mb 3g data costs rs 249 still when, there are many telecom service providers have cut down their internet charges to minimum. But above all the main drawback of airtel now is that the service network provided by airtel has became worst in my region . If I tried to call anyone, I have to tried lots of times to connect . It fails to connect in its own network only than you can think what will happen to me to connect to other network. I live in border between jharkhand and west bengal. Very often I have to talk and receive the calls in roaming. When I told the customer representative about this, they told me that I am in living in border of west bengal. When I asked them that when I am living in the city of jharkhand than, where is the tower frequency of airtel in that region and why it always catches the tower of west bengal. Than after lodging a complaint they will forget the matter .This is the condition of airtel subscribers along with me the people are facing . After so many complaints also the situation is same. While writing this review also I have to go through lots of network conjestion . Such a bad experience with airtel is going on now a days.
