Airtel needs to improve more in its customer service, recently I got Rs 10 charged for value added service, which I didn't avail, don't understand how come I can get charged for a service that I didn't avail.
Within 4 days I deactivated the GPRS service, they give some reference number for any complaint raised, but I don't see that's complaint been resolved, for anything they charge they will say, you complaint has been taken, amount will be adjusted in the next bill, but I don't see that happening.
