I am using airtel since last 9 years. I am seeing that the improvement in airtel network, customer care, fee in every aspect is fastest and of best quality. My grievance in airtel have been solved in 3-5 days. Previously I used to face some difficulty but while talking with my friends they said every network is same.
Now a days the better service has expressed me to a satisfactory level. Now a days if anyone asks me which network to adopt I give first preference to airtel.
