The technical team has zero technical knowledge. Over and above their customer care is really pathetic. They screwed up a regular plan change and made my mobile no not working for more than 8 days, . Their nodal and Appellate officers are realy eye wash and do not do any help than wasting your team. Even after repeated attempt they really failed to provide any support.
First I complained about the network and they literally provide no support and closed the request wtihout even any consent. Open network does nothing.
Customer Service You can raise request and wait indefinitely.
Charges and Billing - Practice of double charging specially on data and Smary Bytes is common and you have to be vigilant to avoid end up loosing money.
