India's first worst network. 2 weeks Airtel did not even bother to resolve the issue in Chandigarh. More than 20 phone calls from our side(EVERY DAY!), more than 100 lies from Airtel to resolve the issue. Not even a single person came(over the phone they promised to solve it "tomorrow").
Airtel did not make even a single move to amend their own mistake(no signal from the tower)! WORST SERVICE EVER.
Disgusting and disrespectful customer service, no signal in the area and only lies, lies, lies to resolve the issue from the company side. Saw such a horrible service for the first time in my life.
