I bought an online post paid mobile connection on June 14, 2013. I believed buying online will be much more fast as there will not be any intermediaries. However, now I realise my mistake when this number is still not activated on June 22.
Customer service is not even aware of the possibility of buying a connection online and they continue to ask me irrelevant questions like name of person who sold this connection to you. The CAF no provided in confirmation e-mail is not recognized by customer service. So, now after wasting a week and chasing customer service there is no result. Also, Airtel doesn't list escalation contact in case customer is not getting solution.
