Being with airtel was one of greatest mistakes of my life.
In most of the places, the signal coverage was extremely low. And sometimes the simcard couldn't even catch the signal. And when the signal came, the call took 10-15 seconds to load. Sometimes, it would not load also. The clarity of the voice transfer was below average.
The worst part here was the internet service. Not even 3g would work properly, sometimes signal was not there and sometimes it just wouldn't connect. After 1 month of usage, the 3g also stopped working. Now I was forced to use 2g. My phone supported 4g but the 4g signal came nowhere even 4g signal is there in my city. Sometimes, for a minute or two, if I would get it, it would reduce my signal sterengt to one third.The customer service is also very bad. It never respond to call and if, then doesn't give a satisfactory reply.So please if you are planning to join this network, so not.This service is not good.
