Really I was very good user of airtel from last one year . from last 6 months when I told customer support to put DND for use less call. because every time advertising call disturbing me. from the same time they stop my all offer and they start charging me RS 1 for one minutes and there is no offer also in my mobile no fulltalktime nothing. I keep calling customer support to do something as other coming giving 10paisa per minutes but nothing happen .At last I decide to port my sim in Vodafone, then next day Airtel customer care calling me and requesting me not port in other company we will reduce call rate, I agree with them now as they promise to give 10paise per minutes I was happy. But sir from next day they start deducting money for incoming calls also, I notice that every incoming calls they charging 30paisa. my god this company start playing with customer . so finally I port my sim to Vodafone.
