Not-So-Dear AIRTEL,
I have been complaining about poor network, calls dropping and lack of resolution by your technical teams since many years. I have also been paying all my bills diligently all these years. I am one of your oldest, loyal customers. But your company has FAILED me. I was promised compensation every time calls dropped or bad network caused disconnection mid-conversation. But NO SUCH COMPENSATION IS REFLECTING IN ANY OF MY BILLS.
I request you, ONCE AGAIN, FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME, to adjust cost of my losses due to calls disconnected and dropped on account of your bad network, which has been confirmed by your teams. Adjust the cost and re-send me an appropriate bill, and I shall be happy to pay.
You cannot compensate my loss of business due to your poor performance. But the least you CAN DO, is to give me some relief from the loss caused directly by your poor connectivity.
