I think there is a very less telecom operator whose coverage area can be found and one of them is Airtel, I am using airtel from my college time and I have discovered this thing that no matter where you go, the signal of Airtel won't lost. when I was in my college we went on a trip once, and what happened there was that my friend was using idea and I was having Airtel and there was so much problem with network there was no range of idea but due to large coverage area of Airtel I wasn't having any problem but she was having a lot of problems because she was not able to connect to her parents so at the end she gave my number to her parents so that it would be easier for her parents to talk to her and she also decided to port her number and her number was port in a day or two and I think there any other telecom company who provides customer service at such a fast rate because I remember when my mom decided to port from idea to tata Docomo it took almost a week for her Docomo number to get activated and Airtel done that so quickly. there is no question that the customer service of airtel is very good their service is quick, they take actions instantly which is what a customer wants and every telecom company should do this. Talking about the internet, it was Airtel who introduced 4G and the only airtel has the fastest 4G, Airtel gives you a wide range of offers whether they are data packs or talk time, you can choose what is best suitable for you.Talking about the billing and charges, I think airtel is bit expensive but other than this there are no more flaws in airtel the internet speed, everything is good and I think if you are getting so much and in turn, if you have to pay a little bit more then this much adjustment can me made.
