As my past good experience I had opted for airtel when I shifted to Gujarat. after 2 months my company provided a CUG plan, so I went to airtel gallery to disconnect services, which dey didn't took the request. so after paying my bill I stopped using the services and I though that things are over.
I had taken Airtel number - 9898215489 in the month of December 2011, and after using for nearly 3 months I wanted to discontinue the services, so I went in February 2012 for the same, but it was not been done as a wrong commitment from the customer service executive in airtel gallery so there was a due in the payment.
today on 15th June 2012 I got call from 01143401161 by Ms Neha Malhotra and it was shocking when I heard her as her behavior was very rude and, I think she is having experience in extortion and kidnapping as she was more interested not in settlement but more on making a police complain and seeing me behind the bars.
then also I was polite in whole conversation but then also she was not satisfied . she called up my colleague, my brother, my friend and abuse them like anything and was only talking about the police complain.
the most sad part is that she called up my mom and abused her also and told her to give my number as I am fraud and police will come any time and will put me in a lock up before my mom could understand anything she disconnected the call and in another second some Ms shilpa Sharma/Swati Sharma called up and ask for the same thing.my m, om a heart patient lost her control and my daddy had to take her to a doctor.
after all this I went to airtel gallery as neha Malhotra told to clear off the bills, and told to call up on the above number for anything, when I said its a board line , she told me just call and ask about me the call will transferred. after making payment I called up that number and asked her that who made the call to my mon but she didn't reply and disconnected , i called up after sometime and some Ms jyoti picked up and told that I have to give the extension number then only she will came to know. after all this I called up 01143401161 some 12 times but Ms neha Malhotra is not picking up the call and if somebody picks up they ask for extension number.
I got a number of Nodal officer of Ahmedabad but its not going through. Still nothing has been done and all system generated mails comes and displays that you query has been taken it will resolved in 24 hours.
