Stay away from Airtel, the service is pathetic, the executives at the relationship centres do not know what they are doing.... and above all no bloody communication between offices- and lo behold we are talking about being the best mobile service provider in India or earth for that matter...
I only wanted to transfer my postpaid to a prepaid- and the price I pay is that these guys have barred the outgoing calls and eventually the incoming calls after a week... they proudly boast of addressing your concern within 27 hrs...in this case 27 days would beless it seems... I have submitted documents thrice and all is get is false assurances. what I also fail to understand is that if I migrate from post to prepaid after 4 years- what docs are required to prove I am still the one who will be using the sim...
I do not want to waste my time writing any more- but all I can say is
AIRTEL IS ALL AIR AND NO TELL.... Stay away from this service provider
