I am using Airtel for last 10+ years.. and my current number in Bangalore is in use from 2007.
Last year Airtel requested for documents quoting "new TRAI regulation" and with nightmarish experience, I finally got it resolved.
This year, again they are requesting for the same set of documents when nothing has changed from my side.. The customer care executives are like answering machines who give me a standard reply that it is as per TRAI regulations and that this procedure is applicable for all Post paid customers...
Now, how many of you have got such request twice in the last two years?
