My broadband data of 15 GB is getting exhausted within 1 week of the bill cycle even when I am using it just for surfing and no downloading.
When I asked Airtel their customer care rudely put down the query and when I emailed them to provide me a screen shot of usage details they mailed me saying we dont have a system to provide that .
They are full cheaters, taking customers money.
Below is their customer care response:
Greetings from airtel!
This is with reference to your email regarding DSL data usage dispute for your airtel account number xxxxxxxxx.
we regret to inform you that currently we are unable to provide the DSL data usage details.
I regret the inconvenience caused, but please be informed that we are upgrading our systems for a better experience. During this period, you will not be able to track your detailed broadband usage, but will enjoy uninterrupted services as per your bill plan.
To experience high speed data you can purchase smartbyte packs. Following are the smart bytes from which you can opt for:
1GB at Rs.99.
2GB at Rs.159.
5GB at Rs.299.
12GB at Rs.449.
25GB at Rs.799.
60GB at Rs.1499.
To purchase smart byte login to your self care account or write back to me with your preferred smart byte pack from your registered email id. Since the smart bytes are valid up for a bill cycle unused data units if any will not be carried forward.
