Never ever go for this product. For any reason, you call cs, they will make your life miserable. If they dont have answers for your questions, they just hang-up the phone..
Their call logging system is very weird. They will just send an sms after 24 hrs without solving the issue. In the ivr, they ask you to enter the customer id. Even after entering it, the agent will ask for all the details...
And irritate you like mad..
When you tell the executive to xfer the call to their manager, they will put the painful music and just hang-up...
Is there anyone from airtel to understand our problems? If you bought this dth, it means your punishing yourselves.
