I have installed one Airtel DDR HD Recording DTH at my residence on 07 June 13. DTH Customer ID 3012638099 .They promised me all channels free for one month, but I am not getting many channels right form the day one. I have made multiple complaints and till now the issue is not resolved. One technician visited finally today and he is blaming the installation team for using wrong cable and poor LMB. He has pointed out that a tata sky cable is used which is the cause of the problem. Customer care issues a complaint no daily and by evening they clear the complaint themselves.
Horrible and painful experience. Please don't go for this product.
