Recently I have new DTH connection for my home it is not so good. I share personal experience about the connection.I raised a complaint on Airtel Customer care to check why my set top box is getting restarted every now and then.
The solution they have provided was to replace my set top box and want to charge me Rs. 500.I have new connection to charge with me. it is really bad DTH operator. and also expensive on the other DTH operator. Also bad for the hd channel clearity. and service and support is not so good.
