Hello All,
I have purchased Airtel DTH - HD device on 24-Sep-2016, installed on same day in the evening and worked for 1 hour after that we are getting No Signal. I have raised an complaint with Airtel DTH Customer Service on 25-Sep-2016 morning, I got no. of calls from the technicians and they asked me the address to fix the issue. But nobody has come till next day. Calls were disconnecting When I contacted customer service and sales executive. They did just time pass for 2 days and no prompt support given by them. This is worst experience with Airtel even I am using mobile service also. I asked them take back the device and refund the money.
