I was in working in Bangalore and I had Airtel dth( standard definition connection) . I was not getting some channels so I called cust service. They advised me that technical will come within 24 hours. He came very late that day and I had to wait and wait.
He tried to align my dish but he was unable to resolve the issue. He left it like that and told it was getting dark and he left. I did not get any channels which used to come. To my surprise he did not kept the next day. I called cust srvice but they could not do anything. What nonsense company.
