I asked for installation of my Airtel Dish TV since I got relocated to Mumbai recently. I had been calling and registering my complaint since Monday.
And till date none of the technician has called me for a visit. Every time I have to call the call center and go through the same channel and they direct me to different executives.
No ownership has been taken and MY INSTALLATION HAS NOT BEEN DONE TILL DATE. It has been 1week and being a private company this is uncalled for.If you treat your customers like this in a service industry god save you.
