Please do not opt for Airtel DTH. No service, No proper response from customer service people, they use 4-5 statements in every call. And if we ask for more info simply they will disconnect the call. Since 12 days my issue is not resolved and they say today the technician will come. But never he shows up. And funny thing is that the number they provide does'nt work. I request the customers to avoid taking AIRTEL dth. If we call multiple times, they say we do not have Technicians and we are in process of recruiting where no one expects from this Service Provider
