Well i bought for 1750 rupees and so at that time it was the cheapest as i got 3 months free subscription. So those were the good times.but after those 3 months free, problems started. Its kind of expensive with rediculous plans and starnge top up combos. So the cost went up to about 300 rupees/ month still i cud'nt get some channels like utv movies, sahara and a ten sports etc etc. A few more less watched but desirable channels on some days. Biggest cons: poor and i mean really poor customer service they got, by airtel standards, its a failure i wud say. I have had a problem now for almost a month and still no response from them...the local parttners just dont show up while they keep calling you fixing your engg time and his visit time but dont worry u can do your other works...coz he ain't coming. Another big drawback...even after a good amount of time since they started now still ...they dont have full top ups for channels..
Strangely but yes. Earlier they did not had a top up for star world...can u imagine.....its amongst the most popular english channel rather the only channel...and they did not had a top up for it...dunno whom they are actually targeting through this dth.. Now they got it...but as of now...they dont have a top up for cnn-ibn news channel. The top english news channel..and they dont behave a top up but u gotta change ur plan to get it...so very ridiculous thing as they have a english news + top up but that does'nt contain cnn-ibn...see the height of nonsense.
Finally, I would say don't buy this. Avoid if you can. Not very great service they offer...try something else...if u are more into a few non hindi channels.
