The customer care line is always busy. You have to wait for hours to reach out to customer care representative and if you are fortunate enough to get to speak with customer representative, they have only one thing to say that server is down at the moment.
You try to reach out to nodal office number mentioned on the Airtel site, it is never reachable. The customer portal is good for nothing and there is a huge dependency on customer service representative even for small things(except for recharging and buying new connection:D). You have a good option of lodging an online complaint but nobody cares to answer your query.
I WOULD PERSONALLY ADVISE NOT TO USE AIRTEL DTH.
