I never thought I would give a review about Airtel like this on my first review. I booked airtel DTH connection through ivr(telephonic) using by credit card on 13th Sept 2010.The transaction id is 10780857.Customer care guys said it will take 48 hrs to get installation but till date no installation happened.I spent lot of money to interact with customer care guys, but still the issue is not resolved.
After all this(spending over 200 rs over phone ) I decided to ask for refund if they are not providing the connection.On last Sunday(3rd OCT 2010) I gave all details to customer care representative to refund my money back.They (CC) guys told I will get refund with in 48 hrs but they even failed here. Till Date, there is no Refund.
Please refund my money back, If you are not providing the connection.
Any AIRTEL DTH official listening this.
With my experience, I recommend all not to go for Booking over IVR. Let me see if any official responds to this review.
