I was a airtel DTH customer till yesterday for 2 TVs. If you fail to recharge after the expiry of validity period due to some reasons.
They cut one day from 30 days as a penalty! For instance, if you have paid for 30 days and if you do not recharge on the 30 th day for continued service, you will get only 29 days of service. How is it?
They never inform customers about their policy and exploit us . As a result, I terminated my airtel connection today. Compared with Tatasky or videocon their package is also costly. I paid Rs 648 for 2 tv connections and for the same package I can pay less than 500 bucks to other operators
