I wanted to upgrade my existing Airtel DTH to an HD one. From 2 days, I am calling customer care and every time they are telling that the servers are busy and to call after 1 hour.
I have called at least 10 times in the last two days. Also during the call the executives tell that they will check and disconnect the call. They do not even have the basic knowledge of how to talk to customers.
Also I tried sending an SMS too and no response yet.
